What do you pay and not pay for at Ouverture?

At Ouverture we do our best to keep our prices as attainable as possible. Please note that we are using 585 (14K) solid gold and high quality (W/SI clarity) diamonds to ethically handcraft our pieces in Germany.  Gold and diamonds already hold value in their raw form. So does  craftsmanship. Please note that our production cost is 10% higher for white gold pieces. Our prices on white gold pieces reflect that. What you don't pay for at Ouverture is wholesale to retail markup, a rent on a fancy store location in Berlin and a designer label markup.

When do you charge my credit card when I pre-order a product?

We charge you immediately at the time of your pre-order. The same applies to all the other orders.

Can I make a change to a pre-order after it’s been placed online?

If you’d like to change a size or color of a piece you placed a pre-order for, please e-mail us at hello@ouvertureberlin.com. We can make changes to a pre-order before a piece goes into production.

Where do you ship?

We ship to most European countries, the USA and Canada. If you don't see your country at the checkout, please get in touch with us at hello@ouvertureberlin.com to see how we can arrange for you to receive your favorite piece regardless.

How long does production take?

All good things take time, and so does making our jewelry. We take an average of 4 weeks to handcraft your order and ship it to you after we reach our pre-order limit in Studio. We appreciate your patience and do our very best to make the wait worth your while.
